La Ciudadela

The location couldn't be more great and pleasant super close to the beach as well as the city center. The employees were amazingly great and courteous all the time. I was here for 4 nights and ate at attached restaurant for an early dinner at the La Ciudadela restaurant.

This hotel was located in a central area close enough to about half a hour's walk to the beach and the port, which is the best part of town. Outstanding and tidy room with the window to inside was enjoyable.

The property was perfect with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff especially the short bearded waiter who was most welcoming and charming, I truly enjoyed the stay. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for the guests upstairs.

The room itself was newly remodelled and well-maintained with bathroom and had essentials I needed. Central heating, an iron, and a work desk were available here too. The location was fantastic by the restaurant downstairs.

Thank you for a very nice stay. The venue is wonderful, food is affordable, pleasant location in the Ciutadella park. The double room is cheap and spotless. There are a safe, central heating, and an iron - that's always a plus. The hotel's staff is very good and really kind.

Ideal place with welcoming staff and good wi-fi. Cheap and spacious room, UNBEATABLE location. Besides, very convenient to The Grave of a Nazi Dog. Reasonably priced restaurants.

The double room we stayed in was recently renovated with bathroom and fresh smelling sheets plus the bar. The location in a historic area was excellent and there were a supermarket and shops nearby.

Spacious bathroom, a decent size, budget room. Ideal location, 15 minutes' walk to a large square. Located in an interesting area, walk from a tube station.

The staff are really kind, managed the parking nearby. Cheap spotless rooms, they are provided with the bar, fresh smelling sheets plus bathroom. It has central location and walking distance to an underground station. Amazing dishes can be found in the attached restaurant.

The location was ideal, a minute walk from a private museum.

The location was magnificent and lovely, just 5 min walk from a triumphal arch. Moreover, it was not far from the center.

I was here for 3 days and would stay there again. Liked the fact that I chose this cool and quiet little hotel. I got bright room with an iron, multi-channel television, and a study table.

Had amazing location right in the center of the city and decent sized rooms. Besides, we were close to the City Park and old town.

We were in an unbeatable and super location not very far from a prominent central square.

Cool and nice little accommodation with marvellous setting next to Parc de la Ciudadela and aprox, the main sights: Arc de triumph, Zoo, Aquarium, Port Veel, La Rambla, Columbus and off course Sagrada Familia and the Picasso Museum, Sagrada Familia, las Ramblas, Barceloneta beach.

Decent sized room, recently refurbished with bathroom.

It was compact, decent sized and with the window to inside. The location was lovely and amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from a Gothic church.

Quiet hotel in a very good Spanish style building. Cheap, spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. A wide array of facilities like: a safe, central heating and an iron. The venue of choice in Barcelona...

Plenty of food for breakfast, which was delightful to satisfy everyone. I could get twin room with an inner courtyard view, appreciated that. The location was awesome, within walking distance of a Gothic church. By the way, a garden and a park were right next to the place.
