Hostal La Palmera

Functional queen room was a highlight for us. Included a fridge, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had particularly good location, so close to the famous market.

Central location was a plus.

Had a just perfect stay for 24 hour visit, glad I've chosen it. Decent central location near the Boqueria market and La Rambla, a metro station, and other places of interest. Plus, I was not too far from Sherlock Holmes Museum. The food they offered was local, had lots of meals.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable: a large market and a market were within walking distance. The bedroom was perfect and immaculate. The staff were great and polite and assisted us greatly.

Everything is fairly clean and excellent. Plenty of local options for meal. Modern hotel units with balcony, a private bathroom, a safe. Superfriendly staff always on hand.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very lovely stay for 24 hour visit. Extremely helpful staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. The setting was so excellent and ideal, just off the center of the city as well as Gothic Quarter and La Rambla. Ciutat Vella district was worth staying in.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and absolutely kind too. I booked guest room with a balcony with table, fresh towels plus balcony overlooking the streets below.

The location was unbeatable, 20 km to Barcelona-El Prat airport, perfectly reachable.

Well, the area was very unsafe overall.

The hotel was in the central setting easy to reach by public transport. Ciutat Vella district was worth exploring.

The staff was very amiable and best. It had perfect and incredible location with access to Gothic Quarter Centre nearby. And we were near the food market, the Barri Gotic and Las Ramblas, and the La Rambla and the Gothic quarter.

Had twin room with shower and twin bed plus a Juliet balcony. Magnificent setting, close enough to La Rambla and La Boqueria and very good access to the city.

The location was magnificent, and we could reach Plaza Real by walking. All the personnel was outstandingly accommodating.

My 2 nights in Barcelona were very nice! I had the double room which was well-kept and spotless with twin bed. The location offered was perfect and excellent just off resturants and bars, many attractions and other places of interest. It also was in the old town of Barcelona.

All of the staff were POSITIVE, amicable. The location was unbeatable and amazing, within walking distance of Plaza Real.

Greatly enjoyed NICE staff and location of the hotel. Very clean unit. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. For lunch or dinner go to Mino, located near the property. It was worth its 2 stars.
